The Ministry of Health of Indonesia, in collaboration with the Islamic Development Bank
(IsDB), is implementing the SIHREN Project to strengthen the referral hospital network for
                                                                      
priority health services, including cancer, cardiovascular disease, stroke, kidney disease, and
maternal-child health (KJSU-KIA). The project aims to address disparities in access, equipment
                                                                      
shortages, and gaps in healthcare human resources, particularly in cancer care.
                                                                      
To support this initiative, a Non-Consulting Services (NCS) firm will be engaged to manage
                                                                      
and implement national-scale training and fostering activities across designated cancer referral
                                                                      
hospitals. These activities include preparation, logistics, coordination, participant and speaker
management, communication, documentation, financial reporting, and on-site operational
                                                                      
support.                                                              
                                                                      
The selected Firm must meet specific qualifications, including MICE certification and relevant
                                                                      
experience, and will work closely with the Directorate of Clinical Services, Ministry of Health.
                                                                      
The goal is to enhance the capacity of hospitals within the national cancer network through
structured, high-quality, and standardized training programs in line with the Ministry’s health
                                                                      
transformation agenda.
