2. Preventive Maintenance checklist :

* Fluideic check
* Fluideic cart air pressure 70 +/- 5psi
* Purge fluidic cart filters
* De-bubble at least 5 times
* Sheath flow rate calibration (offset is-200 and
gain 10,000) FACS flow pressure between 3.0
to 5.0
- Laser power verification actual reading :
* Blue 488nm >14mW
* Red 635nm >12mW
* Violet 405nm >25mV
* Blue 488nm >14mW
- Sample flow rate :
* Medium sample flow rate 300ul +/-25
* High flow rate (2 times medium)
* Low flow rate (one sixth medium)
- System resolution :
* All [parameters at 200,000 channel within
specification

selama periode kontrak.
