1. Latar belakang : Pekerjaan Belanja Bahan Laboratorium merupakan pekerjaan
untuk menyediakan bahan laboratorium yang akan digunakan
dalam kegiatan operasional di Instalasi Imunologi dan Ruang
Mikrobiologi Klinik pada Balai Besar Laboratorium Kesehatan
Masyarakat Surabaya
2. Maksud dan Tujuan : Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan akan bahan laboratorium pada
Instalasi Imunologi dan Ruang Mikrobiologi Klinik
3. Nama Organisasi : Nama organisasi yang menyelenggarakan / melaksanakan
