Menyediakan dukungan lokal yang aktif sampai dengan 31 Desember 2025 untuk setiap
perangkat dengan ruang lingkup memberikan dukungan untuk perubahan sistem yang
diminta oleh Tim IT KPK. Dukungan berupa:
a. Melakukan analisis dari proses perubahan sistem dan resikonya;
b. Membuat rencana untuk proses perubahan system;
c. Melakukan perubahan sistem seperti perubahan konfigurasi, pemindahan perangkat,
upgrade versi software dan lainnya;
d. Membuat dokumentasi dari perubahan sistem yang dilakukan.
