Scope of Services                              
                                                                     
                                                                     
Scope of Services  : The assignment for Equipment Consultant will cover all of
                     procurement of medical equipment, non-medical equipment
                     and furniture & fixture both from IsDB and GoI portion of
                     funding in six hospitals, namely ;              
                      1) Dharmais Cancer Hospitals, DKI Jakarta Province
                      2) Persahabatan Hospital, DKI Jakarta Province 
                      3) Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung, West Java Province
                      4) Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Makasar, South Sulawesi
                        Province                                     
                      5) Dr. Sardjito, DI Yogyakarta Province ; and  
                      6) Sanglah Hospital, Denpasar, Bali Province   
                     The equipment Consultant (EQC) will perform the following
                     scope of services ; Management and Administration, Design
                     List and Technical Specification (Equipment, Furniture and
                     Fixture), Procurement and Supervision.

                     Reference (TOR)
