By using IndoTender (https://indotender.com), including our website, MCP server, and connected apps, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

IndoTender provides Indonesian government tender (LPSE) search, tender directories, company profiles, and related analytics for informational purposes. Data may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Do not rely on IndoTender for legal, procurement, or business-critical decisions.

3. Accounts and Google Sign-In

Some features may require signing in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for complying with Google's terms when using Google Sign-In.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract data;
• use automated tools to overload or disrupt the service;
• attempt to bypass access controls or security measures;
• use the service for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual property

IndoTender and its original content, features, and branding are owned by IndoTender and its licensors. Third-party tender and company data remain subject to their respective sources and licenses.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

IndoTender is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IndoTender is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
