A. Material sesuai Standard Nasional Indonesia (SNI) maupun Standard Internasional
seperti ASTM dan/atau ISO. Berikut Standard Nasional Indonesia (SNI) yang kami adopsi
untuk instruments bedah adalah :
1. SNI ISO 7153−1:2016 Instrumen Bedah − Material Bagian 1: Logam
2. SNI 8745−2019 tentang Spesifikasi standar gunting bedah inserted & non−inserted.
3. SNI 8746−2019 Metode Uji Standar untuk Korosi Instrumen Bedah
4. SNI ASTM F1079−87 Spesifikasi Standar Gunting Bedah.
B. Mempunyai Nomor Ijin Edar (AKD/AKL).
C. Untuk poin A dab B penyedia wajib menyerahkan kepada Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen
data dukung sebelum tanda tangan Surat Penunjukan Penyedia Barang/Jasa (SPPBJ).
D. Bahan Medis Habis Pakai diberi tanda kuning untuk membedakan dengan alat
kesehatan sehingga ketentuan garansi tidak berlaku untuk Bahan Medis Habis Pakai.
E. Alat Kesehatan harus dapat digunakan ulang, dan dapat disterilkan.
F. Harga sudah termasuk ongkos kirim dan pajak (alamat pengiriman di Gudang Pusat Krisis
Kesehatan Jakarta).
G. Apabila penyedia yang telah ditetapkan sebagai pemenang mengundurkan diri
sebelum SPPBJ diterbitkan akan diusulkan dalam daftar hitam.
