1.   The Soeradji Tirtonegoro Hospital financing from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB)
                                                                        
toward the cost of The Strengthening of National Referral Hospital on Oncology Center Project,
and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction
Works for Oncolocy Center Building Soeradji Tirtonegoro Hospital Under Islamic Development
Bank.                                                                   
                                                                        
2.   The Procurement Committee of Soeradji Tirtonegoro Hospital is now inviting sealed bids
from eligible participants for the location at dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro General Hospital, located
at Jln. KRT. dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro No. 1, Tegalyoso, South Klaten, Klaten Regency, Central
Java Province, postal code 57424.                                       
                                                                        
The work offered is the Construction of an Integrated Oncology Building with a total area of
approximately 20,257 m² and a building height of 9 floors. The Oncology Center building
consists of units as follows Radiotherapy bunker, outpatient installation, pediatric clinic, and
pediatric chemotherapy, radiology, chemotherapy, laboratory, pharmacy, operating rooms,
intensive care unit, pediatric intensive care unit, immunocompromised room, outpatient care,
and meeting rooms.                                                      
                                                                        
                                                                        
The construction of this building is carried out with funding from IsDB using IsDB procurement
guidelines with a work implementation period of 540 days (18 months).   
                                                                        
3.   Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures
as specified in IsDB’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and related services under
Islamic Development Bank Project Financing April 2019 (Revised February 2023)
(“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement
Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.18 -21 setting forth IsDB’s policy on
conflict of interest.
