1. The Directorate General of Health Service of Ministry of Health has received financing
   from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) toward the cost of The Strengthening of
   National Referral Hospital on Oncology Center Project, and intends to apply part of the
   proceeds toward payments under the contract for of Construction Works for Oncology
   Center Building Adam Malik Hospital, Under IsDB Financing Assistant IDN 1054.
                                                                     
2. The Procurement committee of Adam Malik Hospital now invites sealed bids from
   eligible bidders for Construction of Oncology Center Building Adam Malik Hospital.
   The building is a 8 floor + 1 basement with total area of ± 23,676 m². The building will
   consist of the following units: Radiotherapy, Nuclear Therapy, Operating Theatre,
   Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Central Sterile Supply
   Department (CSSD), One Day Care, Decreased Immunity Room, Laboratory Satellite,
   Medical Rehabilitation, Pharmacy, Chemotherapy, Meeting Room, Inpatient Rooms,
   Outpatient  Rooms,      and     Building    Infrastructures.      
   The Project site is on Jl. Bunga Lau, No: 17 Medan Tuntungan, Medan, North
   Sumatera, Post Code 20136, which has a low high traffic volume especially during
   working hours. The project site is within the H. Adam Malik Hospital.
   The Construction period is 730 days (24 months).                  
                                                                     
3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB)
   procedures as specified in IsDB’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and
   related services under Islamic Development Bank Project Financing April 2019
   (revised February 2023) (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders
   as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.18-
   21 setting forth IsDB’s policy on conflict of interest.
